INVADER COMICS UNVEILS ITS NEXT INVASION ON KICKSTARTER WITH THE REPRINTING OF ENORMOUS VOL 1: EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT

KANSAS CITY, MO August 11th, 2023  — Invader Comics, a pioneering name in the world of graphic storytelling, is excited to announce the launch of another groundbreaking Kickstarter campaign for the reprinting of Enormous Volume 1. This compelling series, which captivated readers with its riveting tale of survival in the face of colossal creatures, is set to return with a bang, accompanied by an exclusive Kickstarter cover and a range of exciting rewards.

In a world gripped by a planetary crisis, Enormous unleashes a stunning ecological cataclysm that spawns unprecedented monstrosities known as "The Enormous." These massive beasts reshape the hierarchy of nature, displacing humanity from its apex position and triggering a struggle for survival. Amidst the chaos and destruction, Ellen Grace, a former school teacher who lost everything to the monstrous uprising, leads a daring search and rescue team on a mission to locate orphaned children in the ruins of Phoenix, Arizona.

Tim Daniel, the series creator, shared his excitement about the series' return, stating, "This being my first published series makes this very special—like going home. To see it return to print after more than a decade and continue at the place where it began, Invader Comics, with co-writer David 'DB' Andry in the silo beside me, is bigger than big, it’s Enormous!”

The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled to launch on August 14th and will run until August 28th. Backers of the campaign will have the exclusive opportunity to secure a limited-edition Kickstarter cover, a true collector's item, and will also receive one of Invader Comics' signature metal bookmarks. Following the campaign, fans will still have the chance to be part of the excitement as they can pre-order Enormous Volume 1 for its direct market release on October 25th using the preorder code AUG232017.

The series served as a launchpad for Tim Daniel's career, propelling him into the spotlight of the comic book industry. His subsequent collaborations with Vault Comics, including The Plot and End After End, alongside his writing partner DB Andry, have further solidified his status as a creative force to be reckoned with.
